Description Boxing teaches discipline, dedication, cooperation and
gives you confidence and inner strength. This class provides a
positive, structured environment to learn the skill of boxing as well
as provide general workouts for any sport activity through jumping
rope, push-ups, sit-ups, footwork exercises, and discipline exercises.
The primary goal of this class is promote discipline, healthiness, and
community in youth. Ages: 9-15. Location MCC Room 122 at
