We are a group of beginner, intermediate, and full-time real estate investors that meet several times a week to network and do deals. D.M.V. is one of the best places in the country to do real estate. We leverage each other’s capital, time, resources, and experience to get more deals done. We have people in our group that do hundreds of deals a year, all the way down to people that have never invested in real estate before.

We have people that invest in fix and flips, rental properties, short sales, foreclosures, private notes, wholesaling, multi-family, commercial, tax liens/deeds, subject-to, lease options, short term rentals, and more!

We are looking for like-minded people that are hungry and have great attitudes to add to our team. The best way to do business is face to face, we welcome new coming to learn more or simply to network!

 We have weekly trainings and masterminds/study groups at the office and online. We hold hands and grow together.
