Welcome to Liberty's Track and Field Camp! We would love to have you
for a day to talk over training in your specific event(s). We will
have our sprint, jumps, throws, distance, and multi coaches working
the camp to help guide and direct training and form. We will have
breakout sessions dealing with sleep, nutrition, weight lifting, as
well as goal setting. It will be a packed 8 hours which will be a good
balance of training + teaching to prepare you well for your indoor +
outdoor season.
