FAQ's:
Are there any guarantees? No, success with training is reliant on the
owners applying training techniques correctly and practice - lots of
practice at home.
Are prong/pinch collars allowed? At the trainer’s discretion after
she has evaluated the dog.
Are choke collars allowed? At the trainer’s discretion after she has
evaluated the dog.
Are E-collars allowed?No.
Can we train off-leash?No. All training is ON-leash. Off-Leash
training is an advanced skill, NOT for Puppy Kindergarten or Basic
Obedience.
May my family come with me?Yes, however only one person at a time
works with the dog. The person holding the leash is the one working
with the dog. Each member of the family should take turns holding the
leash and working with the dog.
Can I drop off my child to do the class?Any handler ages 7-15 is
required to have an adult stay on-site for the whole class at the
training location (not sitting in the car). Anyone ages 16 and up may
attend on their own.
Can our other dogs come? No. The only dogs that may be on-site are dogs
that are registered in the class.
