professional coffee cupping.
Join Licensed Arabica Q Grader Michael Amouri and learn about this
often mysterious, frequently misunderstood and ultimately fun and
enjoyable exercise. We will discuss HOW we taste, understand the
basics of sensory analysis, delve into bean origin and it’s effect
on taste and, ultimately, get down to tasting and comparing coffees
from different regions, with different processing methods and roast
profiles.
We’ll explore and experience how the “professionals” do
it….with a true Coffee Cupping and Scoring!
