empowerment in a time of uncertainty and transition. In this overview
of the fundamentals of the divorce process in Virginia, an experienced
family law attorney summarizes the important legal aspects of that
process, including fault and no-fault grounds, child custody, spousal
and child support, property and retirement asset division, health
insurance and considerations for choosing an attorney and mediator.

REFUND, CANCELLATION, NO SHOW & RE-SCHEDULING POLICY:
REFUNDS (not including the processing fee) will be issued with
written cancellation notice 72 hours in advance of your program.
NO SHOW PARTICIPANTS who register for the workshop but do not attend
or cancel their registration less than 72 hours prior to the start of
the program, will not receive a refund.
RE-SCHEDULING - If you are unable to attend, you may re-schedule for
the same workshop on another day, (a re-scheduling fee may apply).
FULL REFUNDS will be issued for any program cancelled by The
Women’s Center.
