Nothing beats a perfectly crafted latte or cappuccino. Why is the beverage made for you at your community coffee shop so different than the one you make at home? Use your knowledge of espresso to craft specialty coffee beverages with the perfect texture and consistency. After mastering these techniques, we will dive into the exciting world of latte art and the mastery of the pour. Learn latte art designs like the ‘heart’, ‘tulip’, ‘rosetta’ and maybe even a swan or bear! Be ready to use your newly acquired knowledge in the “Anything Goes Latte Art Competition” at the end of the class.
