Get an intimate look at how coffee is roasted and profiles are made using our main production roaster—our Diedrich IR-12. Roast Master, Nicki Amouri, will demonstrate how 3 different profile curves are roasted to produce certain attributes and flavors in one single-origin coffee. Following the roasting demonstration, Nicki will guide participants in a tasting of the 3 roast curves.
