I grew up with parents and grandparents that always had a Garden.
Even now they are always growing stuff. there is just something that
touches the soul knowing that it came directly from a garden. Picked
at the peak of freshness....Bright red, juicy tomatoes...or carrots
that have your dirt, your soil on them. That is what soul to table
is all about. It is what feeds our souls. Come learn about
different greens, and local fruits and vegetables. Come learn to
make dressings, and homemade croutons.... this is a yen and yang class
and it is gonna be fun.Lets go "visit" a farmers market and see what
they have.....
Come see some cool ways to make Healthy Dinner Salads. I will
“take” you on a trip to the farmers market.
Maybe we will even make a peach cobbler from fresh picked peaches
Lets learn about freah, local foods, the ones that feed our
Souls......come get a seat at our table. this is a chef experience. We
supply the food, the tools, the knowledge and bottles waters.
