Spring 2025 Pilates with Hannah at Aslin ALX

Start your weekend right. Bring your mat, water bottle, and positive energy to Aslin Beer Company in Alexandria for a mat Pilates workout. Together, we'll move through a series of exercises designed to condition muscles, increase range of motion, and enhance balance and coordination.

When: Saturday, March 15, April 19, May 17, 2025 @ 10 AM.

Supplies: An exercise mat, comfortable clothes, and water. Towel optional.
