Introducing the first Global Music Series of the 2026-27 season with The Afghan Music Project: Salar Nader and Quraishi. Join these artists for a program of Afghanistan’s classical compositions and folk melodies, centered on the soulful rûbab and the tabla’s rhythmic pulse.

September 22nd, 7:30 – 8:30 in the International Commons. Free and open to the public, no tickets required.

This event is co-hosted by the Center for Global Engagement and the Department of Music.
