The Washington Roast

Spotlight: A constituency of the DMV’s best comedians faceoff in character as politicians in an interactive roast battle. The Washington Roast is a uniquely DC blend of standup, sketch, and improv described by Washington Post as “a bipartisan skewering." ... and your vote matters! The audience picks the winner of each round of head-to-head matchups between 2024 candidates. Trump, Biden, Kamala, DeSantis and more will compete until only one is left standing. Proceeds benefiting Comedy Gives Back. Comedy Gives Back is a nonprofit that supports stand-up comedians in times of need. The organization provides financial relief grants, help accessing mental health, and substance abuse resources.
