Smart Trips Adventure Camp - BELLINGHAM, WA 2025

Adventure, exercise, confidence, and independence… Kids ages 12-14 can get these (and more!) by learning to walk, bike and ride the bus for local trips. This camp will include bike rides and simple bike maintenance, an urban hike teaches map reading and navigating on foot. Our day on the bus teaches trip planning and many places you can go using the WTA bus system. Camp concludes with a super fun scavenger hunt all around town by bus! Bring a bike to ride on Monday and Wednesday. Loaner bikes can be arranged with advance notice. Co-sponsored by Smart Trips and Bellingham Parks & Recreation. Monday-Wednesday campers report to the Cornwall Park Large (north) Picnic Shelter. Thursday and Friday campers report to 314 E Champion Street. Deadline to register is Wednesday prior to each week.
