Half us will start with yoga, half in barre—then we’ll swap. Stick around after the workout for refreshments! BYO mat. Everyone is welcome, so invite your friends and bring a smile. Meet us at the front desk of Life Time, 30 minutes prior to the workout.  CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER? Of course! The more, the merrier. Each person will have to uniquely sign-up on Eventbrite to secure a ticket. Space is not assigned, so you WILL be able to work out together on the day! WHERE DO I PARK?  There is an underground parking garage. We will validate parking!  ARE THERE ID OR MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER THE EVENT?
