El Chito Tamales was founded in 2011 by Marlo Aguilar, and since then,
they've sold tens of thousands of delicious, organic tamales at
various farmers markets in Seattle and Tacoma. Over the years, Marlo
and his cooks have researched recipes to create the tastiest food.
