C-720 Advanced Clinical Reasoning
Advanced levels of clinical reasoning are vital to a clinician's
ability to manage complex, integrated patient presentations. This
course builds on, and reinforces, concepts and materials presented in
the 705 and 715 courses and uses a case-based presentation to enhance
the ability of the physical therapist to efficiently and accurately
formulate a neuromusculoskeletal diagnosis and comprehensive
management plans.
Participants will be exposed to the advanced science of clinical
reasoning and develop the ability to discuss the various approaches
(fast and slow thinking), achieving a superior understanding of the
optimal conditions for each approach.
