Our North End Meals N Deals meeting is held monthly on the second Thursday and is open to the public. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community!

We have arranged to have a buffet ready for you when the doors open at 6:00pm. The cost is $16.00 (when you pay online) and includes non-alcoholic beverage, tax and gratuity. When you pre-register please register for dinner, too. If you buy dinner at the door the cost is $18 so please pre-register and pay for dinner online!

Well look no further!  This month at the North End meeting we have Jeff Hamel, from our very own REAPS Commercial group, joining us to explain the transition process and what to expect when coming from the SFR world.

Jeff brings “both sides of the world” expertise.  What Jeff will cover:

• Transition from SFR to larger MF and the benefits

• Give you a ‘checklist’ of what you should be looking for

• Marketing Strategy

• Building your network/team

• Q and A

Jeff is a family man that has been a Real Estate investor for 23 years.  He is a General Contractor with his own flooring business.  Currently owns SFR and MF rentals, does some flips, bought homes at auction and has done lease options.  He has spent a lot of money on gurus and learned a lot of lessons.  He is a creative problem solver.  His most recent purchase was a local 25-unit project with a lot of value adds.

Register before Tues May 9th to get any handouts via email to print before the meeting.   NOTE:  If you pay for your meal online the cost is $16.  If you wait and pay at the meeting dinner cost will be $18

Our main meeting is held monthly on the 4th Thursday in Bellevue, WA.  Members can attend this meeting free. Guests are $20 online or $25 at the door. If you have never attended one of our main events then just register online and use coupon code “guest” to attend your first meeting for free.

About our Moderator:

Trish Williams has been a REAPs member since 2004. She enjoys sharing her 30 + years of Real Estate experience with folks to help see a different perspective and avoid potential pitfalls.  Trish’s business focus has been on revitalizing neighborhoods and communities nationwide, with emphasis in the Pacific Northwest.  She has continued to discover multiple Real Estate Investing Strategies that allow her to succeed and is now mentoring others to walk the path to financial freedom. 
Trish resides in Poulsbo, Washington with her husband, Greg.  They enjoy traveling and flying their Acrobatic 2-Seater airplane for business and enjoyment.
