EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO PLAY!
Kong Academy organizes regular events at local parks around the
SEATTLE area to build community through play. These are drop-in,
donation-based classes.
We give 1/3 of all proceeds back through scholarships, a free pilot
program at SEATTLE Public Schools and donations to YouthCare
[https://www.facebook.com/YouthCare/] to support the homeless youth of
SEATTLE.
We invite you to come move with US, have fun, and support our
community!
Please register beforehand to let US know you're coming, and fill out
our online waiver [https://kongacademy.org/waiver/] before you or your
child participate. Suggested donation is $10-$20. Pay what you wish!
Don’t let money stop you from coming!
Meeting point for GAS WORKS PARK is by the playground.
In this live action role-playing (LARP) program, students ages 10+

the real world. They will portray fun characters with safe, soft props
and use creative problem solving skills to interact with an
adventurous storyline and each other. LARPING IS A FANTASTIC PHYSICAL
EXERCISE, creative outlet, stress reliever, emotional intelligence
builder, platform to practice conflict resolution, and much more. Get
ready to explore an imaginative world of endless potential and
mystery.
All necessary equipment for the class will be provided by the coach
