In this workshop we will be going over the different types of vegan
cheeses and learning how to make a few of them (Blue, Feta, Chevre,
and Cheddar). We will be covering what they use for bases, flavors,
and techniques, along with going over appropriate pairings. We will
also be making accompanying dips, jams, and crackers so that when we
are done you will have the knowledge and know how to make a complete
cheese platter for holidays or parties or to enjoy home alone by
yourself!
