Amelie von Saint Andre-von Arnim, MD of Seattle Children’s Hospital
about what their organizations are doing to make a positive difference
under difficult conditions in sub-Saharan Africa.

Enkosini (derived from the Zulu word meaning “place of kings”) was
founded by KELCEY GRIMM IN 2001 TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE SOUTHERN
AFRICA’s wildlife and wild lands. Fundraising directly supports the
reserve teams on the ground, including anti-poaching, animal care,
wildlife conservation research, fire fighting, community education and

The SEATTLE Children's Global Health Guild was established by CAROLINE
EGAN AND DANIELLE CLARK IN APRIL 2017 AS A NON-profit guild within the
SEATTLE Children’s Guild Association. Fundraising directly supports
the amazing pediatric global health efforts of the SEATTLE Children's
Hospital physicians and medical teams, starting with their first
