CIVIC SATURDAY IS A CIVIC RITUAL — a place to come together in CIVIC
COMMUNITY, be inspired and encouraged to reflect and connect, and
create new CIVIC TRADITIONS THAT ARE JOYFUL AND COMMUNAL. What happens
at CIVIC SATURDAY? We'll gather as friends and strangers to hear
poetry from Naa Akua, readings of CIVIC TEXTS, sing together with a
local musican, share thoughts and ideas, and hear a "CIVIC SERMON"
from Eric Liu. Join us as we come together to continue nurturing a
spirit of shared CIVIC PURPOSE. Doors open at 10:00AM.Program begins
at 10:30AM. Free and open to all. RSVPs encouraged, but not
required. Childcare will be provided. Please
email taneum@citizenuniversity.us if you plan to use childcare or
would like ASL/interpretation services. Find out more about Civic
Saturday and sign up for our newsletter at citizenuniversity.us! The
