One DINNER = One Night, One Chef, One Ingredient to benefit the Inland
Northwest Food Network. One Dinner offers guests a unique dining
experience showcasing organic, local, seasonal foods prepared by some
of our region's most acclaimed chefs. Each chef generously has
offered their time and talents free of charge in support of our work.
They were given the invitation to choose any ingredient they wanted to
as their One Ingredient that they then incorporate into each of the
courses of the DINNER. For this One DINNER, Chef Travis Dickinson
will be creating a multi-course feast with tomatoes as the featured
ingredient. The meal will be paired with regional wine, as well as
craft beer from local crafter brewer Bellwether Brewing Co
[http://www.bellwetherbrewing.net/]. Ticket price includes two glasses
of wine/beer and gratuity (Note: additional wine/beer available for
purchase).
Chef Dickinson has experience working in a number of acclaimed
restaurants, including Chez Panisse (Berkeley), Clarklewis and Hall
Street Grill (Portland), before relocating to Spokane where he was the
executive chef for Clover. Earlier this year he left Clover and opened
Cochinito Taqueria where he is focused on serving high quality, local,
sustainably produced food in an approachable setting.
