There are no ID requirements.  Must be 18 or older to attend.    WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORT/PARKING OPTIONS GETTING TO THE EVENT? There is ample free parking at Bates.  The location is also accessible by public transit.   WHAT CAN/CAN'T I BRING TO THE EVENT? Please do not bring children as space is limited. Service animals ok, pets prohibited. You are encouraged to bring a notepad, business cards and any other marketing materials you may want to hand out to potential clients, partners, vendors, etc.    WHERE CAN I CONTACT THE ORGANIZER WITH ANY QUESTIONS? You may transfer your ticket to a second party with prior written or verbal notice to the organizer.  This allows for less mix-up upon entry.   CAN I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION? Once you have registered the information is final.  If you would like to update it please send an email with the title:  Change to Registration.  In the body of the email, please include the changes you want made.   DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT? If you have preregistered you do not have to bring your ticket.   THE NAME ON THE REGISTRATION/TICKET DOESN'T MATCH THE ATTENDEE. IS THAT OKAY? You must submit written notice by Sept 26th to the organizer regarding the transfer.
