LynnFit “On Demand” is a comprehensive video collection of classes
you can do anywhere you happen to be; at home, traveling for work, or
on vacations. Anytime you want to work out LynnFit classes are there
with you. It is a collection of Cardio Dance, Stretch & Tone, Fast &
fit, and Tone in 20 classes and is updated regularly with new fun,
effective classes. Mix and match the workouts to fit your timeline and
fitness ability.
Each month you register for On Demand, you will be sent, via email, a
new Drop Box” link” to access the entire collection.
