SOUND + SOUL a Tibetan Singing Bowl Experience

Lauren Acton, a Reiki Master and Tibetan Singing Bowl Practitioner presents SOUND + SOUL, a one-hour immersion in sound frequency healing that cleanses the soul, encourages a meditative state and settles you into deep relaxation. Love and honor your being in this safe and very powerful ancient healing practice. Throughout the sound bath Lauren will infuse the space with the healing energy of Reiki to enhance your soul experience.
Arrive a few minutes early to select your mat, get settled into the space and calm your breathing. Please wear something comfortable and come hydrated. You may also bring any personal blankets, pillows, or additional padding to enhance your comfort, however there will be plenty available at the event.
Energy exchange is $25 a person and space is limited!
