  What is Mothman Festival?The Mothman is a legend that originated in 1966 Point Pleasant, West Virginia when there were various sightings of a red-eyed, winged figure.People from all over the world gather to celebrate their favorite Tall Tale during this unique event, where they can also enjoy music, merchandise and food trucks. Need to KnowThe festival is located in downtown Point Pleasant on Main Street.
