The CERTIFIED FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER CERTIFICATION COURSE IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND KNOWLEDGE THROUGH FACE-to-face instruction. Shayna Dye is the Environmental Health MANAGER FOR THE SAUK COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND OVERSEES THE INSPECTION AND LICENSING PROGRAM. She is a registered instructor and proctor through ServSafe. An exam will be given at the completion of this COURSE AND CERTIFICATES WILL BE PROVIDED TO THOSE WITH A PASSING EXAM SCORE. The registration fee includes book/materials, exam, box lunch, and thermometer.
