Description Beginner: First timers through yellow belt rank. Develop
self-confidence, discipline and fitness through learning martial arts.
Each session will teach the basic strikes, blocks, grappling, weapon
handling and self-defense techniques; as well as control and good
character. Adults are also welcome to participate. Registration
deadline: 3/30 Instructor: Buran Ayuthia CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: A
full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled by the
Recreation Department. Cancellations made five working days or more
prior to the start date of an activity will have a $5.00
administrative charge deducted from your refund. Refunds or credits
will not be issued if you cancel out of an activity less than five
working days from the activity start date. No refunds will be given
once a class or program has started. Please note that online
