Join the FOUNDATION FOR BLACK WOMEN'S WELLNESS [http://ffbww.org/] and
partners at our new Black Women's Wellness Center for an invigorating
series of fitness, nutrition & healthy living classes designed to
elevate your health and your glow!
Track your progress as you work to reach your wellness goals, and
commune with like-minded women on a mission to LIVE WELL! We will hold
you accountable! But more than that, WE GOT YOU, SIS!
A combination of fitness and nutrition classes will be offered between
January and June 2020 taught by expert instructors in the field! They
will push, support, and inspire you!
WHAT YOU WILL BE ASKED TO DO:
* Attend at least 2 fitness classes each month (several options
available) between January and July 2020.
* Attend at least 2 nutrition classes each month between January and
July 2020 (offered every 3rd Monday of the month, plus additional
classes to be added)
* Complete a pre-and post survey of your current health and wellness
status--at the beginning and end of the program; includes providing
starting and ending weight and other measures
* Track your progress between classes using MyFitnessPal (details
coming!)
* Stay active between classes and committed to practicing healthier
habits
* Meet at least one new friend and accountability partner
* Have FUN!
* Stay encouraged and inspired!

THIS PROGRAM IS FREE TO PARTICIPATE -- and DONATIONS are always
accepted!
REQUIREMENTS:
AGE: Participants must be 13 and older. Youth under age 18 must be
accompanied by a parent in all classes at all times.
WAIVER: All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to
starting the program.
REPORTING AND TRACKING: Participants will be asked to track progress
along the way using electronic and paper tools so we can measure
impact.
