Description Standard fee: $30 Supported fee: $15 (for those in
financial need, please use coupon code YOUTH15) Join fellow middle and
high school students for a three-hour mini retreat of mindfulness. In
each of these in-person sessions for 6th - 12th grade students, we
will explore some traditional mindfulness practices, movement-based
practices, nature-awareness, and time for self-reflection and
connection with others. These sessions will provide opportunities to
learn new skills, freshen existing ones, and be in the present moment,
during a time when many of us may be experiencing transition,
hardship, and ‘big’ emotions. No previous experience with
mindfulness is necessary. All are welcome. This session will follow
CDC guidelines and UW Health screenings that are in effect at the time
of the class session. Age Category Adult Grades 6th - 12th Location
