Michael Anton Adam founded DocLaunch & ChainTracks.io, which leverage
blockchain for document authentication and information gathering in
one cohesive system to improve the customer experience and reduce
auditing pains. Soon Chain Tracks will be offering the technology as a
SaaS product in partnership with Microsoft. In this talk, Michael will
demystify what blockchain is and how it can be used in enterprise and
to build digital products.
You'll also hear from Nicole Diederich, product manager at Watermark
Insights, who will talk about how to create space for true product
ownership. Product managers are supposed to be the CEOs of their
product. But what if the original PM for your product was the actual
CEO of the company? Transitioning roles and responsibilities as
companies grow and merge is challenging, to say the least. Learn when
and how to say “no” to your boss by casting a strong vision for
your product—and then delivering.
And Dana Hart, director of engineering at Northwestern Mutual, will
cover how to team up with engineers. While there are many ways to run
your agile or scrum team, the key partnership is between the product
owner and the engineering lead. The healthy conversations and
give-and-take between the two roles are essential to delivering a
successful product.
