Relax and invigorate your body through yoga class with instructor
Morgan Engels. On Monday evenings, Yin Yoga invites you to slow down
and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments,
tendons, and fascia. Yin is yoga at its deepest, quietest, and
stillest moments. This class is suitable for all experience levels.

attend any sessions as a “drop-in” please contact Morgan first to
make sure there is space in the class for you. Nine Mondays: January 6
– March 16 (No Class on January 20 or February 3) 5:30-7:00 p.m.
