Health and Vet Tech/Petition Academic Information Session

This ACADEMIC INFORMATION SESSION IS FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS INTERESTED IN A PROGRAM OFFERED THROUGH THE SCHOOL OF HEALTH EDUCATION. This includes Pre-PETITION AND HEALTH OR VET TECH STUDENTS.Examples of Health programs at MATC include: * Nursing * Radiography * Surgical Technologist * Medical Assistant * Dental Hygiene/Assistant * Therapeutic Massage * Veterinary Technician Attendees will receive information about: * Application deadlines * Petition requirement information * Petition timelines for each of the Health programs We strongly encourage you to review the following resources before attending this session: * Applying to a program is an important first step. Attending a free Career Planning Workshop [https://madisoncollege.edu/career-employment-events] is another great tool to help solidify your career plans. Transcripts will NOT be reviewed at these SESSIONS, but should be submitted to the Enrollment Center for transfer credit processing [https://madisoncollege.edu/transcripts]. Plan on arriving 20 minutes prior to the start of the session to allow time for parking and checking in – sessions begin promptly. If you will be bringing a parent, guardian or guest with you, please indicate it on the registration form.
