In this hands-on cooking class participants will learn to prepare delicious recipes featuring Mediterranean flavors and ingredients that will impress family and friends. On the menu: Herbed Turkey with Cool Lemon Tzatziki (fried ground turkey patties with an amazing lemon yogurt sauce); Whipped Feta with Cucumber and Tomatoes (fluffy light whipped feta with sliced cucumber and tomato); Black Bean Hummus with Spiced Ground Beef and Toasted Walnuts (Love hummus? Add this to your list of go to recipes!); Roasted Cauliflower and with Romesco Sauce (luxuriously smooth and piquant roasted pepper and tomato sauce); and Fresh baked Pita. (Vegetarian-Optional)
