What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
On-site parking available. The Bierhaus is on the MCTS bus route and just off the Oak Leaf Trail bike path.
Admission tickets can be purchased on line starting July 9th through Eventbright and at the gate during the event. Table reservations may only be made on line through Eventbright. In order to reserve a specific table, you must use a laptop or PC to make your table reservation. If you use a mobile device (phone or tablet) the Eventbright algorythm will assign a table to you. All Eventbright purchases are subject to a service charge.
If you have the Bavarian Bierhaus App on your phone, you will receive free admission on Fridays and $5 admission on Saturdays. Active duty and retired military, fire, and police personnel receive free admission with proper ID.
What can't I bring into the event?
No outside alcohol, outside food, pets or portable seating may be carried into the park.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Contact the Bavarian Bierhaus by phone at 414-236-7000 or email info@bavbierhaus.com.
What does the table price include?
The table only reserves a table on the day of the event in the pavilion where the bands will be playing. Each guest still needs to purchase a general admission ticket (see admission specials and discounts above) through Eventbright or at the gate.
When do I need to claim my table?
Tables may be claimed any time after Oktoberfest opens. If someone is sitting at your table and refuses to leave, please contact a staff member.
How many people can fit at each table?
These are rectangular picnic tables with attached benches. Each table seats 8 adults comfortably.
What's the refund policy?
We will refund tables up to one week in advance of the event date. Admission tickets purchased on line may be refunded until Saturday, September 28. There will be no refunds for admission tickets bought at the gate.
