Through meditation and mindfulness, we can control our feelings and emotions, gain inner strength, let go of stress and start to truly relax.In this half-day course, Colinda Linda, an experienced meditator and Buddhist practitioner, will guide you step-by-step through the practice of meditation. Schedule:      Session 1: 09:30 - 10:15coffee/tea breakSession 2: 10:45 - 11:30coffee/tea breakSession 3: 12:00 - 12:30*Note: Tickets at the door will cost  R220.00 at the door.
