As a dedicated runner and triathlete, I have experienced first-hand
the effects of intense training without stretching and strengthening
on the body. My passion and aim are to outline the values of yoga
practice on an athlete’s performance whilst restoring balance,
strength and flexibility. My yoga for athletes’ class will assist in
improving performance, aiding recovery and most importantly, injury
prevention.
