Our sourdough bread baked from a culture that is over 110 years old with the following toppings:
Tongue with a sweet mustard sauce,
truffle cream cheese,
salmon and saffron mousse.
As an alternative to any of these we can serve hummus on bread.
Starter: Roasted red pepper, tomato and red lentil ice cream in a black bean cold soup.
Mains: Turkey, carrot, spinach, peas, red pepper, corn terrine in a cranberry butter sauce, leg of lamb and black lentil croquettes served with roasted potatoes pan fried in a rosemary butter, crumbed butternut and sesame seed medallions, and a vegetable quenelle.
Dessert: Roasted fennel seed and Lindt chocolate mousse served with a Lavoka caramel cake.
