them! During my recent travels in Kerala, I was fortunate enough to
receive some training and to learn some local recipes from well known
and very competent chefs as well as home cooks.
Come and experience an authentic taste of Kerala in a class where you
help create and enjoy a three course dinner! The class is hands on and
you will receive recipes to take home. Numbers are kept small for a
better learning experience.
