I spent many hours doing my own Work in order to become a Certified Facilitator of The Work. After having that label for three years, I no longer need it to do The Work with you.
I work with you to get to the heart of your stressful situations, often supporting you to relate your emotional response back to your childhood.
I will work with you in individual sessions, one-off or in a package of sessions. You can ask questions and learn more about The Work by attending my workshops. When you join a four or six-week online class we explore topics and have fun with The Work.
