Join us for an energizing and strengthening pilates class for
everyone, all skill levels welcome!Gina will lead you through
a system of exercises based on aerobics with a few precise movements
emphasizing control and form to strengthen, stretch and stabilize key
muscles. From warmup to cooldown this class will focus on six key
principles: concentration, control, centering, flow, precision and
breathing.
What you need: Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. If you don't have a
yoga mat, we will have a limited number of yoga mats available to
borrow for the class. Those are available on a first come first served
basis.
About Gina Bastone, Certified EASR West Pilates Instuctor
Gina has a passion for teaching and has been doing so for over 20
years. As a certified EASR West and Stotts PILATES SPECIALIST, she has
used her expertise to train and coach other instructors through their
certifications. Her philisophy is that everyone can do PILATES,
whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced. Practicing
PILATES WILL Improve balance and co-ordination to give your core
strength and control for optimal body alignment.
