experience at one of Birmingham’s newest restaurants Albatross Death
Cult, brought to you by the team behind rock and roll fine dining The
Wilderness. Guests will be seated around a monolithic kitchen counter
with front row seats on the kitchen action. Head Chef Piotr Szpak
will introduce you to his alternative luxury menu of inventive and
playful, modern British cuisine with bold flavours. Modernist and
traditional cooking techniques meet in a menu primarily built around
seafood and coastal ingredients. The menu will be paired with
Champagne Lallier, world-class cuvée Champagne produced using
“Haute Couture” vinification techniques. This two-day takeover
is set to be an event to remember in one of Birmingham’s most
exciting new openings of 2024.
