Zydrunas Savickas is a 4 time World's Strongest Man winner, 8 time Arnold Strongman Classic and 5 time World Log Lift Champion.

Big Z will deliver a 4 hour seminar on Thursday 25th July 2019, 12:00 - 16:00 @ Bodywise Gym and Yogida Studio, 16 Church Street, Warnham, Horsham, RH12 3QW

You do not need to be a Strongman or Powerlifting athlete to attend - everyone is welcome. Invite your friends and book before 1st of June to save yourself £20.
