The philosophy behind The Waterfront Bar Bistro is based on a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It's a place by water where you can meet and have some great French inspired food. Greg and Lorraine Morgan entered the restaurant trade over ten years ago when they opened Morgans wine bar and bistro in Ipswich town centre. The aim is not to be too formal but ensure people feel special and enjoy themselves. A move to the Waterfront area has always been top of the agenda and when the opportunity came along the decision was a very easy one to make. The head chef Julien Jourdain has worked with Greg and Lorraine for over eight years and is the major driving force behind the inventive menus and consistent pursuit of fresh local quality ingredients. #EnjoyTheWaterfront
