The food system is one of the big contributors to our carbon
footprint, and at the same time its continued ability to provide
reliable and cheap food is profoundly vulnerable to climate change. We
need to change to a system that is more sustainable and more
resilient. But how? Come and hear about the challenges and the
opportunities that face us globally and in the North East of Scotland.

talk for 15 minutes, and after all have spoken there will be a Q&A
session with both in person and online audience called to ask
questions. The event will start at 7pm but feel free to come in to
NESCOL from 6:30 as there is a cafe so you can get a drink and
socialise with the other attendees.
