MINDFULNESS FOR HEALTH AND WELLBEING Come and join me on our six-week MINDFULNESS COURSE. Find out how it can help with stress and anxiety- Living A Mindful Life MINDFULNESS OF FEELINGS Self-Compassion Awareness of Mind and Body Acceptance and Letting Go The COURSE IS INTERACTIVE AND FUN. Places will be limited to ten on the COURSE.
