Bespoke wedding and christening cakes with a particular flair for vintage styling and modelling Cherub Couture Cakes is based in Dunmore East, County Waterford. I want to wow you with the art of beautiful cakes made from the finest quality ingredients. I started baking at age 6-years while living abroad and I missed my granny DeCourcy’s amazing baking. I love creating my own recipes and use my family and work colleagues as guinea pigs … they don’t seem to mind too much! In January 2013 a course caught my eye and I went off and created my first birdcage cake … I was smitten with Sugarcraft at that time and went on to attain my PME Masters in Sugarcraft in May 2013. So now I’m a fully-fledged sugar crafter and that’s what I love to do. In May 2014 I became a fully qualified PME instructor working for Decobake Limerick. Anything you want me to create, be it exquisite vintage cupcakes, a cartoon character or a princess castle with bling – it’s all possible with Sugarcraft ... not to mention chocolate, check out my new chocolate range.
