Piano Lessons (Beginner) - Lodi, CA 2025

DescriptionWe're sorry, but Internet registration is not allowed for this Activity.Music Piano for Children, Teens and Adults Students will learn basic piano skills including proper hand posture, finger control, music theory (sight read music), rhythm, tone quality, accurate time value, scale, chords and piano technique. They will practice on and play popular, favorite beginning level piano folk songs of their own choosing. You will also perform in Biannual recitals. Students will continue learning more advanced piano techniques including: arpeggios, dynamic contrast, well timed pedal use, structural design, imaginative interpretation. The music repertoire will include: Baroque, Classic, Romantic, Modern. The students will have option to prepare for and participate in the National Piano Playing Auditions. Students can earn performance report cards and certificates. Higher level students may eventually earn Music Diplomas and enter piano competitions to earn music scholarships.
