animali) selvatici.
workshop andremo a passeggiare in un giardino segreto all’interno
trekking, macchina fotografica, taccuino, pendrive Speaker

What do we start by designing a garden at the edge of the landscape?
How do you manage the wild? What is the role of wild plants in the
garden? What place do the plants grown in the extended area have?
Every garden always has a point where it has to dialogue with the
landscape. Even when it borders on agricultural parts or with the
city, or other purely man-made places, it must come to terms with that
world that is spontaneously generated from wild plants (and animals).
For some the management of spontaneous nature represents an expense,
even a struggle against windmills, but not for gardeners. Those who
love nature frequent the garden and those who have their own, know
that its management, when well planned, serves to transform the
landscape into art. During this workshop we will go for a walk in a
secret garden within the Aleppo pine nature reserve between the Ippari
and Acate rivers, we will talk about cultivated plants and wild,
indigenous or alien plants, and also some gardens of the future.
