He helps organisations do better together and take on the biggest challenges they face by harnessing the power of teamwork.  With over 17 years of experience working in the corporate, community and sport environment - and in all cases working closely with external partners, including sponsorships, joint venture and agency management Adrian has continuously been able to drive outstanding results by helping people do together better.  He’s a little bit of a book nerd -  you’ll often see him browsing the non-fiction section at the bookstore, checking out what makes people tick.  He has seen the power of a conversation. And the power of silence. Adrian is all about getting people to open up, connect and find a way together to solve their biggest issues.
